Hello, my name is Rafael Vargas, and I am a general contractor serving the Napa Valley area. I am proud to be the owner of Napa Build Incorporated since 2019, but my experience in the construction industry spans back to 2005. My passion lies in the art of building and transforming clients' visions for their homes into tangible reality.
